1. General Terms and Conditions

Jaet7 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, and bingo to users in Bangladesh and around the world.

2. Account Register

3. KYC Verification (Know Your Customer)

Jaet7 complies with international anti-money laundering regulations. Identity verification is therefore mandatory for transactions above a specified threshold.

• A valid government-issued ID (NID, passport, or driving license) must be submitted.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement may be required as proof of address.
• A mobile banking screenshot or transaction proof may be requested to verify your payment method.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held until KYC verification is complete.

4. Deposit Rules

The following rules apply to deposits on jaet7:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).

• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is any delay, please contact support.
• Jaet7 does not charge any additional fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Depositing using another person's payment account is prohibited.

If a deposit fails due to a technical error, the funds will be automatically returned to your payment account. jaet7 is not liable for such failed transactions.

5. Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions must be met when withdrawing funds from jaet7:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000 (one thousand taka).
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5 to 30 minutes. If verification is required, it may take up to 24 hours.
• A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Large withdrawal requests may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• In the event of suspicious activity, jaet7 reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold until the investigation is complete.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

Jaet7 regularly offers bonuses and promotional offers. The use of these bonuses is subject to specific terms that must be followed:

• Welcome Bonus: A 200% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a 15x wagering requirement applies to the combined total of your deposit and bonus.
• Reload Bonus: Specific wagering requirements apply to the weekly reload bonus.
• Free Spins: Winnings from free spins cannot be withdrawn directly; the applicable wagering requirements must be met first.
• Cashback: Cashback offers are subject to a maximum refundable amount.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• Any attempt to collect bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

Jaet7 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time. In the event of a bonus-related dispute, jaet7's decision shall be final.

7. Betting Rules

The following rules apply when placing bets on jaet7:

• Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Bets will be settled based on the odds displayed in the system. In the event of odds changes, the odds applicable at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• If an event is cancelled or postponed, the full bet amount will be refunded.
• Jaet7 is not responsible for any issues caused by network delays during live betting.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, the affected bet may be considered void.
• Maximum bet amounts may vary depending on the event and market.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jaet7 platform. Violations will result in permanent account closure and possible forfeiture of funds:

• Creating multiple accounts for the same person (Multi-Account)
• Bonus abuse or bonus fund laundering
• Creating an account under a false identity or in someone else's name
• Hacking, cracking, or attempting unauthorized access to the system
• Placing bets using bots or automated software
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources
• Harassing other users or engaging in inappropriate conduct

9. Privacy & Data Protection
